meet your therapist
Hi! My name is Lindsey. I am so glad you are here. A story well told is my favorite piece of the human experience. We all have stories, and at a certain point it is up to us to pick up the pen and decide what our story is and where it's going. Life is both what happens to us that is outside of our control, as well as how we respond to it that is within our control. As your therapist, my hope is to empower you to become the author of your story and provide you with the support, guidance, and resources you need to be able to do so.
I particularly specialize in working with teens and adults with ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. I also work with those struggling with their relationships and place in this world. I primarily come from an attachment-based, relational approach where what matters most is being two humans together. I will work alongside you as you navigate life's challenges.
Reaching out for support can be a difficult step, and you are brave for how far you've already come. I look forward to our time together!
